Long Description : From the moment you arrive at Cheekwood, you step into another time – a time for you. Welcome to our 10 gardens – from wildflowers to herbs to one of the nation’s most renowned Japanese gardens. Marvel as the surroundings cascade downward from the great mansion to the ponds and observe the imported boxwoods -- all part of an estate built by the Maxwell House Coffee Fortune. Enjoy the Koy fish in the Howe Wildflower garden pond, or the spectacular camellias in the hothouse. In the Museum you can explore an amazing and vast collection of artwork with your entire family. American and contemporary painting and sculpture, English and American decorative arts, traveling exhibitions, and renowned collections, including silver and the most comprehensive accumulation of Worcester porcelain in America can all be found here at Cheekwood. When you’re hungry after a day spent exploring the grounds you can lunch at the full-service Pineapple Room Restaurant, providing a panoramic gourmet delight from a glassed-in dining area and outdoor deck. Directions :Directions: From I-440, use West End/Harding Place exit; go west; after 2.1 miles, turn left onto Belle Meade Blvd; at 2.7 miles at its end, turn right on Page Rd; take first left at .2 miles onto Forrest Park.
 
Ticket Information :Hours: Tues.-Sat. 9:30am-4:30pm, Sun. 11am-4:30pm Closed Mondays except Memorial Day and Labor Day, Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year`s Day, the 2nd Sat. in June
Your attraction ticket(s) must be picked up at the Nashville Visitor`s Center before visiting the attraction. The Nashville Visitor`s Center is located at the corner of 5th and Broadway in Downtown Nashville inside the Sommet Center. They are open 7 days a week--Mon-Sat 8:30-5:30, Sun 10:00-5:00.
